(the “Company” or “Maggioli”) announces that it has commenced the activities required for the listing (the “Listing”) of its ordinary shares (the “Shares”) on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading facility operated and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“Borsa Italiana”).
