In Spain and LATAM, it represents the opening to the private market and confirms the opportunity for Public Administration clients to access cutting-edge tools and skills.
Moreover, Dinova— the reference company of the Group dedicated to the development of the private market in Italy —will be directly linked with Wardem to offer its services abroad in line with Maggioli’s diversification strategy. This synergy strengthens skills in AI and Machine Learning, Cloud Transformation, App Modernization, Digital Workplace, Brand and Digital Strategy, Brand Design and Activation, Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Anti-fraud, Digital Marketing, and Web Applications.
