Collectives welcomes the Maggioli technology group into its shareholder structure.

Maggioli, with international operations in Italy, Spain, Brussels, and Latin America, is making a strategic investment in Greece and has chosen Collectives as its strategic partner.

The Maggioli Group is pursuing a dynamic expansion plan across Europe, aimed at promoting solutions and products that address the modern needs of large organizations and governments.

Collectives S.A. has been consistently investing over the past five years in developing and promoting solutions to simplify processes and deliver digital services to citizens and businesses. Through participation in large-scale digital projects — including e-CRMS, e-Municipality, e-Region, Extrovert Agriculture, AMKA 2.0, National Pet Registry, Support.gov.gr, Land Plot Clearance, as well as Electric Mobility (Κινούμαι Ηλεκτρικά), Charge Everywhere (Φορτίζω Παντού), RRF agricultural sector investments, DYPA training programs, and numerous other projects — the digital services developed by the company account for a significant share of the published services on gov.gr.

As of May 29, 2026, Maggioli is entering the share capital of Collectives, acquiring a majority stake of 60% of shares. This investment is concluded following lengthy negotiations with the company's founders, centered on Maggioli's expansion plan in Greece and the promotion of Collectives' solutions in international markets through Maggioli's network of subsidiaries.

Following Maggioli's entry into its shareholder structure, the company's goal is to leverage the multiplier effect offered by joining a dynamically growing technology group — adopting best practices and solutions already proven in other economies and adapting them to the Greek context. A key objective is expanding operations into new markets, both within Greece and, above all, internationally, promoting the company's products in mature markets.

Evangelos Poris, founder and principal shareholder of Collectives, remains as Chief Executive Officer. Donato Todisco, Chief International Manager of Maggioli Group, assumes the role of Chairman. Georgios Boukis, with extensive experience in large-scale IT project implementation, joins as a member of the new Board of Directors.

With a clear plan and a firm commitment to quality and the value that Collectives' solutions deliver to its clients, the new Board of Directors will execute the company's business plan with the aim of further strengthening its market position through acquisitions and partnerships.
