The Human Resources Division of the Maggioli Group, in direct collaboration with all employees, promotes and develops projects aiming to:

  • give value to people in their entirety, so as to improve the climate of the work environment and team spirit;
  • enhance the awareness of employees on the main social features of the territory;
  • build cultures and networks of relationships characterized by social solidarity and the non-profit ethos;
  • communicate ethical principles and values outside the group.
